About
This tour is ideal for those who want to drive their own dog sled through more hilly terrain, under the supervision of a guide. A basic level of fitness is helpful so you can assist the dogs on uphill sections. No prior dog sledding experience is required to enjoy the tour.
Into the Wild is a 3-hour tour that takes you into the stunning nature of Västerbotten. The dog sled glides through snow-covered forests, across a frozen river, and over sun-drenched marshlands. You drive the sled in pairs—one rides while the other drives. Halfway through, we take a break, light a fire, roll out reindeer skins to sit on, and enjoy a warm cup of coffee with some snacks.
