About
This tour is perfect for those who want to drive their own dog sled in more varied and hilly terrain, under the supervision of a guide. A basic level of fitness is recommended so you can assist the dogs on uphill sections. No prior experience in dog sledding is required to complete the tour.
Into the Wild is a 3-hour tour that takes you out into the beautiful nature of Västerbotten. The dog sled glides through snow-covered forests, across a frozen river, and over sunlit marshlands. You share the sled in pairs—one drives while the other rides. Halfway through the journey, we take a break, light a fire, lay out reindeer skins to sit on, and enjoy a warm cup of coffee with light refreshments.
