Welcome to a restorative weekend close to nature. During our wellness weekend, we offer a thoughtfully designed yet simple experience that you move through at your own pace, without crowds. A treatment, time in a wood-fired sauna, a hot tub, a cold dip in the Ume River, delicious food made from local ingredients, a calm environment, and time to simply be - your way, at your pace.
We have invited skincare therapist and massage therapist Johanna Hedlund, formerly of Johannas Hudstudio and now Rooted Beauty Concept in Umeå, for the weekend. One 45-minute treatment is included in your package (you can choose between a facial or a massage), and will be scheduled by us sometime during Saturday. You will also have access to the sauna and hot tub between 10:00 and 15:00 on Saturday.
We also highly recommend a walk, hike, or run in the beautiful forests surrounding us. Maps with suggested routes of up to 12 km are available at reception. Subject to availability, you can add a second treatment with Johanna on Sunday.
