Welcome to a rejuvenating retreat weekend filled with flow and joy. The yoga program welcomes practitioners of all levels and focuses on balance, strength, and playfulness. Enjoy a weekend of yoga flow, mindfulness, reflection, and delicious food. With us at Granö Beckasin, halfway between Umeå and Lycksele, you will stay in a calm and tranquil environment surrounded by nature.
We have invited yoga teacher Anna-Pia Hådell from Östersund to teach this weekend. During the yoga retreat, movement, strength, and stillness are combined in a playful and flowing yoga practice.
Here’s what you can expect from Anna-Pia’s yoga:
The weekend includes four yoga classes. The physical yoga is adapted to suit beginners while still offering challenges for those with previous experience. No matter who you are, you will find your own expression in the flow and in your body. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend, partner, family, or come on your own and give yourself some well-deserved time. Meals are enjoyed together with the instructor unless you prefer otherwise.

Your yoga teacher:
Anna-Pia Hådell is the founder of Balance by A-P and teaches yoga in Östersund. She also has a background as a physiotherapist. Her yoga is rooted in vinyasa flow, a style where postures, movement, and conscious breathing are linked together. Anna-Pia’s teaching is based on the joy of movement and the belief that thoughts, emotions, and the body are interconnected. By working with all three, you create a state of balance where you gain clarity, make more conscious choices, and become more present both for yourself and your surroundings.
